  • 1.2 kg carrot (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic
  • 100 g suar

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the carrots. Then place in a pot full of water and add the sugar. First add a little sugar, stir until it has dissolved and taste the sweetness of the water. It`s supposed to be cute, but not too cute. Then add some parsley. Cook the carrots until they are firm to the bite, but not quite through.
  2. Then place the carrots in a pan or roasting pan on the stove. Add the cream and sour cream and turn the hob on low. Stir until the sour cream has melted into the cream, then add the cream cheese and stir again. Now add salt, pepper and parsley. Depending on your taste, you can also add paprika and garlic. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, depending on how you want the carrots through.
  3. Goes well with potatoes or dumplings and meat loaf.
