Ingredients

  • 400 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 3 small carrot (s)
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 8 tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, tomato or white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil, (from the tomato oil)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and let them cool. Wash, clean and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Cut the carrots into thin slices. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.
  2. Mix the oil, vinegar and water together and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the salad ingredients.
  3. Jacketed potatoes with quark, for example, go well with this.
