Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed

  • 125 g sour cream or sour cream

Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots and potatoes and cut into slices that are not too thin. Fry in a little oil until crispy. Pour in the broth and let it boil down for about 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the minced meat in another pan until crumbly. Cut the spring onions into rings and finely chop the garlic clove. Fry both together with the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then add everything to the carrots and potatoes in the pan and bring to the boil. Add the sour cream and creme fraiche and stir. Season to taste with the spices and fry everything for about 5 minutes. Everything can be put in a baking dish and baked with cheese in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
