  • 800 g potato (s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 onion (s)
  • broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some marjoram, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bag cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into small pieces and cook with the broth and marjoram until soft. In the meantime, fry the minced meat with the chopped onions until crumbly and season to taste.
  2. Drain the potato and carrot mixture (collect the broth). Use the sour cream and possibly some of the broth to make a very coarse mash. Season to taste with salt, pepper and marjoram.
  3. Pour into a baking dish and distribute the mince on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
