Ingredients

  • 2 onion (s), halved
  • 30 g oil
  • 120 g bacon, diced
  • 600 g potato (s), floury, diced
  • 600 g carrot (s), sliced
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram, or lovage
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 3 pinches pepper
  • 300 g water
  • 1 cube vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Put the onions in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 5. Add oil and sauté for 3 minutes / speed 1 on Varoma level. Put all other ingredients in the mixing bowl and cook for 25 minutes / 100 ° / speed 1. Carefully stir the stew for approx. 3-5 seconds / level 3-4. The carrots should remain chunky.
