Ingredients

  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cup rice (parboiled rice)
  • Water (salt water)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in salted water, leave to cool. Mix the oil with the lemon juice. Chop the garlic cloves as small as possible and add them.
  2. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Drain the beans and corn. Add all ingredients to the sauce and mix well.
