Casserole “Lazy Wife” from Dumplings

Today we create for men … A simple, and at the same time original, recipe for a casserole from dumplings. Cool, simple, easy, cheap, and, most importantly, delicious.

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings – 800 g
  • Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 250 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Greens (optional) – to taste
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven. Cut the peeled and washed onions into cubes or finely chop in a blender.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Send the onion there and, stirring, fry until golden brown. This will take 2-3 minutes.
  3. Put another frying pan next to it, which you can put in the oven, pour a little oil on the bottom, and heat it up for 1 minute to keep it warm. (If you will use a baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil and put it in the oven for 2 minutes.) Put the dumplings in a preheated pan in one layer, flat side down. (You may need fewer dumplings than stated in the recipe, you just need to cover the bottom.)
  4. Prepare the fill. Send mayonnaise and chicken eggs to a bowl, beat thoroughly.
  5. Sprinkle dumplings on top with salt and pepper put fried onions.
  6. Pour the dumplings with the prepared mixture.
  7. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Sprinkle the dumplings with the third cheese. Send the dumplings to the oven, preheated to 200-220 degrees, on the middle shelf. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Then take out the frying pan and sprinkle the remaining cheese on the dumplings casserole. Cook for another 20 minutes.
  10. If desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs on the Lazy Wife casserole.
