  • Crab meat – 0.5 packs (100-120 g)
  • Leeks – 0.5 pcs.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Green onion – 3 stalks
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Bread crumbs – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 2 pinches

Casserole with Crab Meat and Leeks Instructions

  1. Defrost the crab meat.
  2. Cut the crab meat into medium strips. Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, and fry the crab meat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cut half a leek into rings and chop the green onions. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, salt, and sour cream.
  5. Divide the fried crab meat between small baking dishes.
  6. Top with the fried leeks and green onions.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix with the bread crumbs, and sprinkle over the top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.
