Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g crabs, drained weiht
  • 1 can tuna, in water, drained weight 50 g
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms, do not wash and quarter them. Dice the onion and garlic. Drain the shrimp and rinse with cold water. Drain the tuna.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
  3. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium to high heat. When the butter starts to sizzle, add the mushrooms to the pan and brown for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more butter to the pan when there is no more fat to be seen. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onions and garlic, fry for another two minutes. Add the crabs for another two minutes, stir. Turn off the hob, add the tuna and chives to the pan and mix.
  4. Put everything in two casserole dishes (diameter 15 cm), sprinkle with the cheese and put in the oven for ten minutes.
