Casserole with Pasta and Meat

Pasta is a dish that any housewife can handle.

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 250 g
  • Water – 1 l
  • Meat – 300 g
  • Cream – 50 ml
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Spices to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for the pasta casserole.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil. Add pasta to boiling water, 1 tablespoon. vegetable oil. Salt. Cook until cooked al dente.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Lightly fry the onion on it.
  4. Grind the meat in a blender or in a meat grinder. Add to onion.
  5. Fry the meat with onions, add spices to taste.
  6. Place the pasta in a colander. Grease the form with vegetable oil. Put half of the pasta on the bottom. Top with minced meat with onions. Then the rest of the pasta.
  7. Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat. Add cream. Mix well.
  8. Grate cheese into creamy egg mass. Add salt and spices.
  9. Pour the pasta and meat over with eggs and cheese.
  10. Cover and put in the oven for half an hour. Remove the lid 5 minutes before cooking.
  11. Ready-made pasta casserole with minced meat. Enjoy your meal!
