Ingredients

  • 250 g currants, black (cassis)
  • 2 peach (s), the really big ones or 3 smaller ones
  • 100 g black currant juice, dark, possibly homemade
  • 3 tablespoon cane sugar, possibly more
  • 1 splash lime juice, fresh

Instructions

  1. Clean, peel and wash the currants. Wash, core and dice the peaches. Simmer the fruit with juice and sugar for 10 minutes and season with lime juice and cane sugar.
