  • 3 large zucchini
  • 400 g chicken breast or turkey meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • garlic
  • 300 g rice
  • Curry powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • ml chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • food starch

Instructions

  1. According to the package, the rice is cooked with salted water.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces. Dice the onion and garlic. The meat is now fried in a pan with a little fat. Just before the desired cooking point is reached, add the onions and garlic and sauté briefly. Then put the meat in a bowl.
  3. The zucchini are cut into slices and sautéed in the same pan with a little fat. Curry powder is added so that all the zucchini turn yellow, and the curry is fried too. Now you pour the zucchini with the broth and add the cream. The meat is returned to the pan and seasoned with curry, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  4. Thicken with a little cornstarch mixed in water until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Serve with rice.
