Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes with the skin on until they are firm to the bite, peel and cut into slices. Clean the cauliflower and broccoli, cut into small florets and cook until al dente in a little salted water.
  2. Place the potato slices in a large, tall casserole dish, add a little salt and pepper, pour half of the ham cubes (we usually use cooked ham, but you can also use bacon cubes or similar, depending on your taste) over the potatoes, add about 200 ml of sauce over the potatoes to water. Spread the broccoli and cauliflower on the potatoes, spread the rest of the diced ham and the sauce over them, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C. The time varies depending on how browned you like the cheese.
