Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 400 g
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • French mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Ramson – 50 g
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Defrost the frozen cauliflower at room temperature. We clean the cauliflower from the top leaves. If the cabbage is large, disassemble it into inflorescences. Add the onion peeled from the upper husk and cut into half rings to the cabbage.
  2. Wash the ramson thoroughly under running water, sort out and chop finely. Add chopped wild garlic to cauliflower and onions.
  3. Grind the garlic into natural yogurt using a garlic press.
  4. Add mustard, soy sauce, and paprika to yogurt and garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the cauliflower, onion, and wild garlic with the dressing. Mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. We take the foil and fold it in half. Put pickled cauliflower with onions and wild garlic in the middle of the foil. Close the foil and put the dish in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. Serve the cauliflower baked in a yogurt-mustard marinade right in the foil. Sprinkle with herbs if desired.
