Cauliflower Baked with Cheese

Cauliflower baked with cheese is a very simple dish but also delicious. I really love cauliflower, I hope you too.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 600 g
  • Processed cheese (Amber) – 200 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Spices “Italian herbs”
  • Green onion

Directions

  1. We divide the cauliflower into large inflorescences.
  2. We put water on the salt. We send cabbage inflorescences into boiling water. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir the eggs with a whisk, salt, and pour in the milk.
  3. Add Italian herbs and pepper. Grind the greens. We take out the cabbage in a separate container.
  4. We cut each inflorescence in half. (If you immediately chop the cabbage finely, it will be difficult to remove it from the water.) Put the inflorescences in a baking dish in the oven. Fill with the egg mixture. We tighten everything with cheese.
  5. We put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The cauliflower baked with cheese is ready. Sprinkle with herbs and serve 5 minutes after cooking.
