Cauliflower baked with minced meat in the oven.

- Peel the carrots, wash them, and three on a fine grater.
- Add carrots to minced meat.
- Cut the onion into cubes. Add to the minced meat.
- Peel the garlic and three on a fine grater. Add to the minced meat.
- Salt. Add the egg.
- Add spices (for example, for pilaf).
- Mix everything carefully.
- Cover the form with foil. We spread the minced meat on the bottom, in a slice.
- Boil water in a saucepan, put a head of cabbage in the water, bring to a boil. Then we divide the slightly boiled cabbage into inflorescences.
- Spread the cabbage inflorescences evenly on the minced meat, slightly sticking into it to keep it better.
- Coat the cabbage with sour cream on top. Preheat the oven. We bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- We take out the cabbage with minced meat from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese. We put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
