Cauliflower Baked with Minced Meat

Cauliflower baked with minced meat in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 head of cabbage
  • Minced meat – 500 g
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Grated cheese – to taste
  • Sour cream – 1-2 tbsp
  • Spices – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel the carrots, wash them, and three on a fine grater.
  2. Add carrots to minced meat.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes. Add to the minced meat.
  4. Peel the garlic and three on a fine grater. Add to the minced meat.
  5. Salt. Add the egg.
  6. Add spices (for example, for pilaf).
  7. Mix everything carefully.
  8. Cover the form with foil. We spread the minced meat on the bottom, in a slice.
  9. Boil water in a saucepan, put a head of cabbage in the water, bring to a boil. Then we divide the slightly boiled cabbage into inflorescences.
  10. Spread the cabbage inflorescences evenly on the minced meat, slightly sticking into it to keep it better.
  11. Coat the cabbage with sour cream on top. Preheat the oven. We bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  12. We take out the cabbage with minced meat from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese. We put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
