Ingredients

  • 1 small Head broccoli
  • 1 small Head cauliflower
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 125 g ham, diced into small pieces
  • some olive oil
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and wash, boil in sufficient water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside. Chop the onion into small cubes. Fry the onion cubes in a pan in a little olive oil, add the mince and fry until crumbly, add the ham cubes and fry with them. When almost all of the liquid has evaporated, turn off the plate and stir in the crème fraîche and cream. Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and the herbs.
  2. Put the broccoli and cauliflower in a baking dish and spread the minced meat sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the casserole at 175 degrees with top / bottom heat for 25 minutes.
  3. As a modification, you can also add mushrooms to the sauce.
