Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Knead in the paprika and thyme and the margarine. Pour in the water and knead everything into a dough. Roll out the dough and line a coated baking pan (18 cm diameter) with it. Prick the bottom with a fork and line with baking paper. Cover with baking beans and bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 15 minutes. Remove the baking paper and beans and bake the base for another 5 minutes.
  2. Cook the cauliflower, broccoli, and onion in a saucepan with lightly salted, boiling water for 10-12 minutes until soft.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then sweat the flour in it for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Take off the stove, stir in the stock and milk and put back on the stove. Bring everything to the boil, stir and add 50 g cheese. Taste the sauce with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the cauliflower, broccoli and onion on the dough base. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle everything with cheese. Put in oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble. Sprinkle with paprika powder.
