Cauliflower in the oven with sour cream sauce is a casserole made from very affordable products and with a very bright taste!

Cauliflower – 1 fork
Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
Green peas – 100 g
Hard cheese – 50 g
Sour cream – 400 g
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Greens to taste
Spices to taste
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Due to its fine cellular structure, cauliflower is absorbed by the body more fully than other types of cabbage. Cauliflower contains less coarse fiber than white cabbage, it is easy to digest and is less irritating to the stomach lining.
Directions
Divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences. Peel the green peas.
Pepper to clear of seeds and cut into thin strips. Chop the herbs finely. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. The vegetables, herbs, and cheese are prepared for the casserole.
Make the pouring sauce. To do this, add an egg to a bowl, add sour cream, a part of grated cheese, herbs, season with spices, and mix to it. The fill is ready.
Sprinkle a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put in the form of cauliflower inflorescences, add chopped peppers, peas, distribute evenly over the entire surface. Pour all this beauty of colors with the prepared filling over the entire surface.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top (leave some cheese to decorate the casserole).
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven).
Remove the prepared vegetable casserole from the oven. Put the cauliflower casserole with sour cream sauce on a plate decorated with lettuce leaves, sprinkle with grated cheese, garnish with chopped tomatoes.
