  • Cauliflower – 650 g
  • Smoked sausage – 130 g
  • Hard cheese – 130 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Fresh greens (dill + parsley) – 30 g
  • Salt – 0.75 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 30 ml (2 tablespoons)

  2. We wash the cauliflower and disassemble into inflorescences.
  3. We send the cabbage to boiling salted water (0.5 teaspoon) and cook after boiling again for about 5 minutes, until half cooked.
  4. We put the cabbage in a colander so that the glass is water. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180-190 degrees.
  5. Peel the sausage and cut it into thin cubes.
  6. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Combine eggs with milk. Add the remaining salt and ground pepper.
  8. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
  9. Add chopped greens to the egg-milk mixture.
