  • 750 ml meat stock
  • 400 g processed cheese, reduced fat (2 pieces a 200 )
  • 1 cup sour cream, (200 g)
  • 500 g minced meat, lean
  • 1 onion (s)
  • Herbs, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets, put in boiling salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat with the finely diced onion. Then add the meat stock to the minced meat, let the processed cheese and sour cream melt in the soup and add the cauliflower; Bring to the boil, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and let it steep for another 10 minutes. Finally, add fresh herbs according to taste and season (then do not boil anymore, otherwise they will turn gray).
