Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 5 medium potato (s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 400 g cream cheese, with herbs
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Clean the cauliflower and cut into smaller roses. Clean the spring onions and cut into small rings. Cook both in water with the stock until the cauliflower is firm to the bite. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Cook in salted water until al dente. Then add the potatoes to the cauliflower in the scalding water.
  2. In addition, fry the minced meat in a saucepan with a little oil and spices until crumbly. Put the minced meat in the vegetable pot. Gradually add the cream cheese and the herbal cream cheese alternately and stir well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder.
