Cauliflower Cutlets

Delicate on the inside, crispy on the outside – these cutlet pancakes are delicious and healthy. And no one would guess that the cauliflower cutlets.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 kg
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Flour – 6 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 5 g (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Sunflower oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Boil cauliflower and drain.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and add to the cabbage. Mix parsley with cabbage with your hands.
  3. Add eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add baking powder and flour.
  5. Mix everything well, let it stand for 30 minutes and you can fry the cabbage cutlet pancakes.
  6. Fry cauliflower cutlets in a pan with heated sunflower oil like pancakes, until golden brown on both sides.
