Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper, white
  • 45 ml whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 750 g cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the flour and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the chicken stock, salt and pepper and simmer until the sauce thickens. Stir in the whipped cream and tomato paste.
  2. Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower in water until it is cooked through. Place the cauliflower in a serving bowl, pour the sauce over it and serve immediately.
