Instructions

  1. Cook the cauliflower in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Braise the onion cubes in the hot fat and mix with the flour. Add the mashed bananas and fill with the broth, then simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with crème fraiche, curry, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Cut the smoked pork into strips and heat them up in the sauce. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. We prefer to eat fried potatoes with it, but it also tastes good with buttered rice.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
