Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock cubes
  • 250 g ham, diced (raw)
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the cauliflower and cook in the water with the vegetable stock powder for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the ham cubes, deglaze with 250 ml cauliflower boiling water, allow the processed cheese to melt in the pan. Put the cooked cauliflower in the pan, pour the sauce over it and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  3. This is served with mashed potatoes.
