  • 1 small cauliflower, approx. 500 g
  • sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
  • 4 slices bread
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 40 g mararine or butter, vean
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook for 15 minutes in lightly salted water with a splash of lemon juice. Then put the cauliflower in a baking dish.
  2. For the crust, cut the bread into small cubes. Then finely chop the garlic and parsley, add margarine or butter and process well, salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Then place the mixture on the cauliflower and place in the oven at 220 ° C for two minutes.
  4. We served the cauliflower with vegetarian stewed stock and potatoes.
