Let’s prepare the batter. Mix 2 tablespoons in a bowl. starch and 2 tablespoon. flour. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour in water and stir the batter.
Dip the cauliflower inflorescences in batter and deep-fry the cabbage for 3-4 minutes.
Put the deep-fried cauliflower on a paper napkin.
Finely chop the ginger and garlic with a knife and fry in a frying pan in olive oil for 3 minutes.
Cut the Bulgarian pepper of different colors into large squares.
Add chopped peppers to the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes. The pepper should be soft but still crisp.
