Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), cooked, sliced
  • 500 g cauliflower, cleaned, cut into florets
  • 200 g hollandaise sauce
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, mixed (frozen)
  • 200 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • 100 g cooked ham

Instructions

  1. Put the potato slices and cauliflower florets in a baking dish. Dice the boiled ham and spread on top. Mix the hollandaise sauce with the vegetable stock and the frozen herbs and pour over the cauliflower and potato mixture. Finally sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
