Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head cauliflower
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 cup rice, (big cup!)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese, for sprinkling
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with sour cream and cottage cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water. You should still have a good bite. Drain and roughly mash with a fork or cut into small pieces with a knife.
  3. Fry the minced meat in oil until it takes on a light color. Add diced onions and sauté briefly. Add tomato paste and garlic and sauté briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Add the chopped cauliflower to the minced meat mixture and mix everything together.
  5. Put the prepared rice in a greased baking dish. Put the minced meat and cauliflower mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste.
  7. Bake at 200 ° C (preheated) for approx. 15-20 minutes.
  8. If you like, you can also add Hungarian pepper paste (the one preserved with salt in a glass, where you can also see the grains).
  9. There is also a salad.
