Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 500 g cauliflower florets
  • 1.7 liters vegetable stock
  • 0.3 liters milk
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 2 leeks, cut into rings
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat, add the onions and garlic, season everything well with salt and pepper. Now fry the potato cubes, add the vegetable stock and milk to everything.
  2. Now add the cauliflower and leek, simmer for a total of 15-20 minutes until the cauliflower or potatoes are cooked. Add the cheese and season with the spices. This goes well with warm baguette.
