Ingredients

  • 750 g cauliflower florets
  • 200 g smoked pork, cooked
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • cream, cooking cream or milk
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • little vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Bring the cauliflower florets to the boil in a little vegetable stock and cook until soft.
  2. At the same time, cut the cooked smoked pork into cubes and fry in the oil or just heat it up.
  3. When the cauliflower is soft, puree it with the processed cheese and the cooking cream. Please put some florets aside beforehand as decoration. When the desired consistency of the puree is reached, season with the spices.
  4. Arrange on plates, distribute the florets and smoked pork chops on the puree.
