Cauliflower “Rice”

Cauliflower “rice” is an incredibly tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • cauliflower – 200 g
  • hazelnuts – 100 g
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • salt

Directions

  1. Heat the hazelnuts in a frying pan without oil, then peel them and grind them in a mortar.
  2. Finely chop the cauliflower.
  3. Warm up the olive oil, add the crushed garlic in the skin, then remove it, fry the cabbage and parsley in aromatic oil, add chopped nuts, salt.
  4. Before serving, decorate with parsley.
