- Divide the champignons into two parts. Leave small ones for decoration, grind large ones in a blender.
- Finely grind the cauliflower in a blender.
- Fry whole mushrooms in vegetable oil, add salt, pepper, and spices.
- Fry the chopped mushrooms in another pan, then add the chopped cauliflower.
- Season, fry over high heat until tender.
- Add salt, pepper, spices, and herbs to your liking.
The dish turns out to be very juicy, very fresh. It is impossible to break away!
