Cauliflower Rice with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 400 g champignons
  • greens, salt, pepper
  • vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Divide the champignons into two parts. Leave small ones for decoration, grind large ones in a blender.
  2. Finely grind the cauliflower in a blender.
  3. Fry whole mushrooms in vegetable oil, add salt, pepper, and spices.
  4. Fry the chopped mushrooms in another pan, then add the chopped cauliflower.
  5. Season, fry over high heat until tender.
  6. Add salt, pepper, spices, and herbs to your liking.
    The dish turns out to be very juicy, very fresh. It is impossible to break away!
