Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cooked, firm to the bite
  • 1 tube mayonnaise, small
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 1 pinch (s) curry
  • chives
  • 125 g cheese, (chest cheese)
  • 1 small Jar mixed pickles
  • some tomato (s), small ones
  • 6 slices ham, cooked

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the cauliflower with a few drops of vinegar.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with curry and a little condensed milk and pour it over the cauliflower. Garnish with finely chopped chives.
  3. Cut the Chester cheese into 1 cm cubes and mix the pieces of cheese with the mixed pickles and tomato wedges. Shape the cooked ham into rolls and arrange everything around the cauliflower.
  4. Serve with toast with butter.
