Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander, ground
  • 1 teaspoon mango chutney
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch herbs (e.g. chives or coriander)
  • 1 spring onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and blanch in salted water for about 8-10 minutes.
  2. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients from the yogurt to the salt and pepper. Chop the onion and stir in.
  3. Drain the cauliflower, mix with the sauce and let it steep for a while. As soon as it has cooled down a little, stir in the herbs. Let it go again.
  4. Depending on your taste, boiled ham can also be cut or added in cubes.
