  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 head lettuce (s)
  • 100 g ham or beer sausae
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • mustard
  • sugar
  • parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Clean the cauliflower, cut it raw into small florets, simmer in lightly salted water, not too soft, let it cool.
  2. Prepare a spicy salad marinade from yogurt, oil, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and plenty of chopped herbs. Mix in the well washed lettuce cut into fine strips and strips of ham or beer sausage.
  3. Carefully mix the cauliflower florets into the spicy salad marinade and finally add quarters of the boiled egg.
  4. Whole grain bread with butter goes well with it.
