Cauliflower Salad with Sour Cream

• 1 cauliflower
• 8 slices ham, cooked
• 6 egg (s), hard-boiled
• Sour cream or sour cream
• 1 egg (s), including the yolk, cooked
• salt
• pepper
• Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

1. Boil the cauliflower in salted water and allow to cool.
2. Cut the ham and eggs into cubes, make a sauce out of the sour cream and egg yolk (strain through a sieve) and season with the spices (lots of curry!).
3. Put the cauliflower cut into florets in layers with ham and eggs in a dish and pour the sauce over it.
4. Baguette goes very well with it.
