  • 25 g spinach, frozen
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • some chives or other herbs as desired, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop the cauliflower and spinach in the food processor. Crumble the feta. Mix everything together except the bacon and the grated cheese.
  2. Grease a 6 cup muffin pan. Halve the bacon strips and line the muffin troughs with 4 half bacon strips each. Pour in the mass and cover with the cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
