Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence (dried)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 100 g cheese, Gouda, rated
  • 20 g butter

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. Cover and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat the oil and fry the mince until crumbly. Add onions, herbs and tomato paste and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in 3/8 liter of water and bring to the boil.
  3. Pour the mince sauce into an ovenproof dish. Lift out the cauliflower, drain and place in the sauce. Spread the grated cheese on top. Spread the butter in flakes.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
  5. This goes best with mashed potatoes.
