Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 350 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 packs processed cheese, creamy flavor
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, nutmeg
  • Oil for frying the minced meat

Instructions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water. Cook the pasta in salted water as well.
  2. Chop the onion and fry in oil with the minced meat. The minced meat should be nice and crumbly and lightly browned. Add the sour cream and the processed cheese and stir well. Drain the cauliflower and save some of the cooking water.
  3. Drain the pasta and put it back in the saucepan. Add the cauliflower and stir in with the meat. Season to taste with nutmeg, pepper and salt and possibly add some cauliflower water if the dish is not fluffy enough. Tastes great and goes quickly.
