Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Salt water
  • 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage without garlic
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Cook in salted water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain the cauliflower in a colander.
  2. Catch the water in another pot. Prepare a light roux from margarine and flour and add enough cauliflower water to make a slightly thick sauce. Then refine this with the milk and season with salt and nutmeg.
  3. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes and add to the sauce together with the cauliflower. Serve with boiled potatoes.
