Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 glass caviar (keta caviar)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 small onion (s), possibly

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard and then cut them into slices. Toast the toasts as desired and top each with an egg. Spread the creme fraiche, spread the caviar on top. Apply a few squirts of lemon juice.
  2. If you like it American, you can add some chopped onion to it. With real caviar, however, very frowned upon, as the caviar taste is severely impaired.
