Ingredients

  • Red imitated caviar (from seaweed) – 120 g
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Green onion – several feathers
  • (or parsley)
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the boiled eggs and grate them on a fine grater.
  2. Finely chop several feathers of green onion or parsley and add to the grated eggs.
  3. Add the red imitated caviar to the mixture.
  4. Add ground black pepper to taste and the mayonnaise, then mix until combined.
  5. Transfer the caviar paste to a serving bowl and decorate as desired.
