Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s) (e.g. Victoria perch)
  • 8 scampi (16 pieces on request)
  • 125 ml white wine, dry
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • Cream cheese (herbal cream cheese)
  • Herb butter or garlic butter
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of herbal cream cheese on the baking dish. Place the fish fillets seasoned with lemon, salt and pepper on top and add the wine.
  2. Cut the peppers, zucchini, onions and garlic into cubes and then sauté lightly in the pan with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Put on the fish.
  3. Cook the whole thing in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 190 ° C.
  4. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, fry the scampis in garlic or herb butter and then pour over the cooked fish.
  5. Pour the chopped parsley on top and serve.
