Celery and Apple Smoothie

Milk smoothie is made with celery stalks, milk, and apple.

Ingredients
- Petiolate celery – 3 stalks
- Fuji or golden apple (cut into cubes) – 1 pc.
- Milk – 2.5 cups
- Sugar – 1 pinch (optional)
- Salt – 1 pinch (optional)
- Celery for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Chop the celery and place in a blender. Add milk and apples.
- Grind until smooth.
- Cut thin strips of celery for decoration.
- Serve in portioned glasses, garnished with celery strips.
