Celery Salad with Apple

Ingredients

• 1 celery stalk (s) or celery your choice
• 1 medium apple (Jonagold)
• 1 cup sweet cream, sour cream, yogurt or sour cream
• salt
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• pepper
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 orange (s), the juice it
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Wash the celery and cut the individual leaves into thin strips. Then wash the apple with the peel and cut into pieces.
2. Put everything in a bowl and add the spices, such as salt, pepper, sugar and honey. Pour in the cream as well and then finally add the lemon juice and orange juice.
3. Mix everything well again, distribute in bowls / bowls and the salad is ready to serve.
4. You can garnish with peppermint as a decoration. Unfortunately I didn`t have one.
