Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk (s) or celery your choice
- 1 medium apple (Jonagold)
- 1 cup sweet cream, sour cream, yogurt or sour cream
- salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 orange (s), the juice it
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- Wash the celery and cut the individual leaves into thin strips. Then wash the apple with the peel and cut into pieces.
- Put everything in a bowl and add the spices, such as salt, pepper, sugar and honey. Pour in the cream as well and then finally add the lemon juice and orange juice.
- Mix everything well again, distribute in bowls / bowls and the salad is ready to serve.
- You can garnish with peppermint as a decoration. Unfortunately I didn`t have one.
