Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 handful walnuts
- 50 g cheese, (pecorino, or parmesan), rated
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar, (walnut balsamic vinegar)
- salt and pepper

- Wash the celery and cut into pieces, chop the walnuts, grate the cheese. Mix everything in a bowl. Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and dress the salad with it.
