Celery Salad with Walnuts and Pecorino Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 celery stalk
• 1 handful walnuts
• 50 g cheese, (pecorino, or parmesan), rated
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar, (walnut balsamic vinegar)
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Wash the celery and cut into pieces, chop the walnuts, grate the cheese. Mix everything in a bowl. Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and dress the salad with it.
