Ingredients

  • 500 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 350 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoon honey
  • 2 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • 220 g muesli with no added suar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and pour it onto the wholemeal flour. Add the salt, honey and cinnamon, and knead everything until everything is well mixed (I took the food processor). Knead in the muesli and let the dough rise well.
  2. Then knead once, divide into 12 parts, shape each into sticks and place on the baking sheet. If you like, you can brush the bars with water and sprinkle with muesli. Let go again for a moment.
  3. Bake at 220 ° C (fan oven 175 ° C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
